I honestly don't know at this point what he will do. Since I have no history with her the safest route will be the one that I take. My concern is her safety and a pup getting stuck. That is why I was asking for a 2nd xray. She will be spayed when this is all over.

It really sounds like you are doing a great job and have all the bases covered. You just have to trust the vet will do what is best for the momma. I have never bred a female under 5 lbs. Whelping pups is scary and worrisome no matter what size the momma is. I pray everything goes well.
