I used to drink disgusting amounts, but I am pretty sure it stimulates my appetite, which I most definitely do not need. Last year, I decided to go 4 weeks without it. I drank these instead:

I was surprised at how much I craved it. After a few weeks, I thought Diet Coke was disgusting... but I still wanted one! I'd go into a store, and it would take everything I had not to get a diet Sprite. But after that, the cravings went away. I made a rule for myself that I can get one if I want, but only if I'm going to the store for something else anyway, and I always get the smallest size available. And you know what? I'm totally fine now. I have maybe one or two cans per week, sometimes not even that.
