I use to drink gallons of diet coke. Then I discovered that caffeine really started to bother me. It would keep me up at night if I wasn't careful about the time of day that I would be drinking it. So I decided to just start drinking water, so I now drink water most of the day. I still crave a diet coke every once in a while.
