i think the plainer the better. Any pattern or seam work is going to detract from your figure and the doctor's results. I really like the T back, the color is good, even better if you could get it in matte black. But it has nothing to interfere with your appearance. The other dresses have elements that detract from YOU. You've received some excellent advice.
