Oh no Bella doesn't "pee mark" in the house, she knows its unacceptable...but she does do that lil dance on my throw rugs and A LOT more now that I have Harley.
Her Name Is Rio is probably right about the scent glands in there feet since most dogs know its unacceptable to pee in the house they do that dance with there feet...makes sense to me
