Hi, I need some advise here. Yesterday, I took Tezel to visit a friend. It was his first time out from home. We went to her condo and there was a big grassy place where I let Tezel run around. He was soo excited and curious about everything, smelling the grass, tree roots and etc. And of coz, he was licking them too where I have to pick him up every now and then to avoid him swallowing unwanted stuff. Well, he looked just like a curious little boy, looking at everything, everyone and practically anything.
Today when he woke up, he was not so active and his appetide was not that great. He did not finish his food. Usually he will just finish them in less than a minute. Got worried and took him to the vet. Poor Tezel, shivering the moment we walked into the clinic. The vet examine him and told me he got some stomach discomfort due to his stomach was bloated. he prescribe some anti-biotic and charcoal tablet.
Well, the whole day, he was either feeling very weak and sleep or he is hyper active and jump around. But, he seems a bit distance from me, as in very distracted and playful, partially ignoring me. Usually he would sniff me when I put my face near his nose and he would lick me. Now he just struggle his way thru, wanting me to put him on the floor so that he can run around and play. When I feed him his regular dog food, he would just sniff a bit and turn away. I have to feed him with my hand. I do notice that he is having some slight blocked nose. Could this be the reason why he is not eating well? I sort of regret bringing him out, coz the vet said, I should have keep him indoor for at least 2-3 weeks after the vaccination before bringing him outdoor. Sigh....
