We got hit with this Ice Storm overnight in NYC. What a mess. The mayor did not close the schools which i think was a real bad move. Now it is raining and tonight it is supposed to get cold again (a steamy 32 right now) and everything freeze again. Saturday they are predicting another snow/ice event!!!!!!!!!
I did hear that the groundhoung is predicting an eary spring!!
