Chuchi is playing with them exactly how any grown dog, who's never played with a tiny puppy, would play. He may get a bit too rough and make one of them yelp, but it's their way of letting him know not to play that rough, and he will learn how to play correctly soon enough. Wait till both babies gang up on him and chase him all over the house.
