It's a small step, but one in the right direction. At least it will help put an end to some of the lies that people are told by sales people about pet store pups and their breeders.
It's still up to the individual to make sense of the info, though. You would think that those that think to research the info would opt to not buy from a pet store, but most of these purchases are impulse buys.
