Hello, all! It's February 1. Though millions of Americans make resolutions in January, they are usually abandoned before the month ends.
If you've made a resolution this year, only to give up on it, I urge you to consider it again. Maybe your original resolution needs to be slightly less ambitious, or tweaked in some way. That's okay! You can still make great changes this year.
