This is exactly what we are afraid of.
Because Newcastle is very much a party city with a huge night life scene I am afraid Geordies will be made to look like alcoholic binge drinkers. It's true that the Bigg Market and Quay Side where a lot of the bars and clubs are situated are a big part of Newcastle with most people visiting them at least once a month. But not everyone goes out to get really drunk.
Some of the girls who have applied look like common slappers to be frank, too much fake tan and not enough clothes. Sure there are girls like that in Newcastle, but they exist all over the world. I just dont want the rest of the world to think Newcastle is full of drunk tarts because it's not.
