All the Slkies I've seen have more of an upward slope to their foreheads and their foreheads are a bit flatter in the front. Does that make sense. Anyway, Yorkies have rounder heads.

I think one of my new adoptees, Trouble, may have some Silkie in him. It's in his conformation, do you use that word in the dog world?, and in his coat color. Either that or I think he was very nearly a chocolate Yorkie. Many of his nails are a reddish brown and the skin around his eyes is a lighter color. His nose leather is also off a bit. It's hard to describe. He is such a cutie , though, and so lovable, I couldn't care if he was the hunchback of Notre Dame.

After having him only a couple of months he's my baby and that's that.
