I don't have any info for you, unfortunately.
However, I am very interested in the responses you receive, as I am currently looking into the real-estate around the area as well.
All I know is that they have GREAT BBQ down there!

... and that is enough for me!

Plus....I believe that you can play poker online down there, unlike some of the states in the NE.
