Yes she would. Kaji is 7 lbs and is 12 inches from base of neck to base of tail. He fits fine in his small Alex. Typically, he curls up in it, so there is a lot of room for him. He does do this thing when he doesn't want to go, he'll stretch out and make himself as big as he can so I'll think he doesn't fit any more.
