Hello! Welcome to YT! You can shave the ear down so it won't be as heavy. This usually will help the ear stand. Also, you can tape the ear up. You can google ear taping yorkies or look on YouTube to get a better idea. I'm not good at explaining the taping! I did this with Remy and his ears stand straight up now (you can see in my avatar). Sometimes, the ear will not stand. A lot of people on YT have yorkies with floppy ears and one ear up, one ear down. They are just as cute, or cuter
