Me too, the hotter the better. If your lips go numb, you know it is just right! I had a Gunnery Sgt working for me way back who was married to a Thai lady. Had us over, Outstanding. Not a lot of good Thai restuarants in my area here. May have to go to Northern Thailand for that someday.
