Bless Fritz heart. He has had a little bump in the road for his journey. I am sure that he will find his forever home soon.
I also want to thank you for helping with these fosters. I was working with the Papillon Rescue for some time but the barking was causing problems with one of my neighbors.

So I had to stop fostering with them. We were getting a lot of adults from puppymills being busted up in the north. They had no room for them up there and transported them down.
I have submitted applications with other rescues but they rejected me when they found out that I had 2 children under the age of 10. I know it is a guideline that they use for the safety and well being of the rescues. It just frustrated me because I want to help and cant.

I raised my girls properly and they know how to treat puppies and dogs. For instance, they were allowed around my litters (supervised of course) after they were 4 weeks old. This worked great to teach them but also for socialization of the puppies.
I would have been happy to have opened my home to a home inspection/observation by the rescue to evaluate if my home was a good foster canidate. I still help when I can with transport, home inspections and donations for the Papillon rescue and SPCA. I just wish I could do more.
God bless you and your home!!!!!!
