Supportive care seems to be what is typically done. Here's a link with a little info on this... Ivermectin Toxicity

If she's not moving, turning her frequently can help to prevent fluid retention in the lungs. Good to hear that she's drinking for you. If she were to become dehydrated, fluid replacement can be done either by sub'q or by enema.
