I have several that sleep in the bed with me and that is even after coming in for their last potty break of the night and I don't even wash their feet. My yorkies have been sleeping with me for years and I'm fine...wouldn't have it any other way. If, one has a mistake on the bed I take the comforter off the bed change to a fresh one and crawl right back into bed and we go back to sleep. I treat my yorkies as I did my child and grandchildren. Just get up, clean up and go back to sleep. All is good with yorkies in my bed. Never worried about anything. I'd kick hubby out of the bed before my yorkies ROFL
