Sorry, I didn't get your messages until tonight. I can certainly get your little furball taken care of.
My collar is adjustable so the measurement does not need to be an exact. With the measurement that you've taken, the Tiny sounds like will work just fine for your little one. Is there any particular print that you are looking for?
