Those are some brazen squirrels! Usually they are afraid of dogs. The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure you don't have any food or water sources for them. No bird feeders or bird baths.
One of my school campuses had a problem with squirrels climbing on and chasing people. Their aggressive behavior was the result of students feeding them regularly.
