My name is Jen and I have a Yorkie baby named Buddy. He will be 5 months old this coming Saturday (2/5). Potty training is going fairly well, but will he EVER CALM DOWN? Our vet won't neuter him until he's at least 6 months old and I'm hoping that his other testicle will drop between now and then! Otherwise, the job will be SUPER expensive!
Buddy is actually our 2nd yorkie pup . . . the first was named Duchess and we only had her for about 2 weeks. She was fine for the first week and then starting showing signs of a liver shunt. Several hypoglycemic episodes in only 3 days. Thankfully the breeder took her back, gave us a refund and reimbursed me for all of the very expensive vet bills! Otherwise, we wouldn't have Buddy now!
I'm hoping to make some new friends and learn how to teach Buddy to be a great family pet!
