20 years ago my ex and I were living in an apartment complex. One of the groundskeepers went into the office and took our key out of the key box and robbed us. That's another story.
You might want to ask the office if they keep their key box locked at all times. Forget what I just posted and change your locks and provide a fake key or none at all to the office.
Hopefully, if... and I am saying if, they are responsible for the disappearing dog I would hope the office personnel aren't in on it.
