I don't like chock collars, shock collars, or anything of the sort, as I'm sure you know. And I would never use
any on a small dog, but I will say that I can't find a
huge problem with pinch collars (when it comes to big dogs). I don't know if I'd ever use one but two of the dogs I walk have them and they don't choke and really harm them like a choke collar, or even a regular buckle collar. And they definitely DO seem to work very well. I'd definitely opt for other methods, as I really prefer total positive reinforcement but I don't judge people who use the pinch collars correctly. I'm still iffy about them.
