Well, you have to get an electric shaver and slowly take the hair off the ears. You shave it down and let the cartilage be able to settle in so they can form to point up. Right now only one ear can stay up and one ear just flops. It's your choice, but floppy ears is not tenchinally a genetic, its the way the dog is born. I shave his ears once a week.
