Honestly, I would keep her jumping to a minimum as much as possible, and get her some stairs for the bed. I believe it was jumping that actually made Mylee's case worse to the point of surgery and my vet said he couldn't rule out that theory. We know of at least one episode where she jumped and landed hard, and it was shortly after that when we started noticing problems. Just FYI.
