I play a game with Copper called "Find it." I put little pieces of his favorite treat under 4x6" blanket pieces that I cut for this game. We have branched out some to putting the treats under toys or a small blanket. When I say "find it" he sniffs like crazy until he finds all the treats. |
That's a good idea...also helps them to burn some of the calories from the treats. Gracie is such a treat hound she's losing her girlish figure, so I may make her start working a little more than sit and shake for those treats!
When I get home from work and set down my purse she goes crazy digging in it...all because one day I brought them home some treats and left them in my purse. She's never forgotten and thinks there should be treats in there everyday lol
