My 6 always sleep with us as well. Our local news had a story on it also. Like I said to my husband... Most people that have there pets in there bed, also are very good about vet check ups and shots, stool checks, baths ect. The news here were saying people can get parasites from the pets. I have mine checked every 6 months. I give them a bath twice a month. If they can sit on my lap, give me kisses and I carry them around, why can't they sleep in my bed. I have had my dogs in my bed for almost 30 years and I have not gotten any dog germs yet. I know some people that do not even shower but every two or three days..... I think I will sleep with my pups, Thanks. If it gets me sick, then Oh well . Mine are not going anywhere. But I must say, I do change my sheets every three days though.
