As always you should call your vet or check with an emergency vet in your area first.

But...it does sound like it could be low blood sugar. Do you have any Nutrical on hand? If not, do you have any Kayro syrup? Give your puppy a little bit of this and it will help if it's low blood sugar.

I would keep the cat food out of reach and make sure your puppy eats several small meals a day...keep food and water down for him at all times and make sure he eats.

I hope he feels better soon.
