I am so glad the the momma is doing better. It is a very good sign that she is eating and drinking well. I am not sure what the side effects of those drugs are on the pups. It would not hurt to ask the vet. If mom is running a normal temperature I would not think she would still need any pain medicine. I would keep her on an antibiotic but ask the vet if he feels it is okay to let the pups nurse. If the pups are gaining and content then perhaps it will be okay. Please keep us posted on how she is doing.
