I agree!!! Call animal control on them...you said the puppy had a cough...inform animal control of this so they can inspect the facility and make them get this puppy help. Maybe animal control will need to seize the puppy, then you can adopt him from them and the store gets one step closer to closing because they didn't make a dime on this puppy!!!!
