Two years ago, I started a thread entitled, "Untrainable?" So I feel you.

My impression is that most yorkies get to about 95%, depending on how dedicated the owners are on training. I think most larger dogs, once trained, will explode before they let themselves go in the house, whereas most yorkies seem to feel that if ya really gotta go... you go. A few people here say their yorkies are 100%.

I'd say Thor is at 99%. I trust him completely inside my apartment. But if we go over to someone else's house and he smells a strange dog, he'd mark if I let him. I can live with his current level of potty expertise.
