 Diet and Eye Gunk
Can someone please point me to the research/studies which show a correlation between diet and eye gunk? My vet does not believe there is a causal factor. He attributes eye gunk to tiny eyelashes irritating the pooch's eyeball. My Biewer, Dori, eats Wellness small breed; she has some eye stuff, but hard to say it is "excessive."
