There has been a lot of bad breeding with the Golden. Some of them are complete nutcases. Very high strung, neurotic. Just make sure you know what you are getting. We have several of these nutcases in our subdivision that always want to attack Carlo. Several times I was tempted to dtop his leash and teach them a lesson, but then Good Steve Took over from Evil Steve.
We have a couple in our neighborhood that are very good with people, but they are dog aggressive, especially with small dogs. One also suffers from terrible separation anxiety.

I personally would never leave a Golden unsupervised with a Yorkie, especially if I didn't know the exact history of the dog.
