I have not taught a yorkie to "beg" or "sit pretty" but I have taught my westie. Once they have mastered "sit", I would hold the treat just high enough for them to have to raise their paws up but keep their butt on the ground. I would give the treat and praise and "click" if you use the clicker, as soon as they had the paws up. if they stood up, I would say "wrong" and start over fom the sit without giving the treat.
