Please be VERY careful....my Livi came close to dying (EXTREMELY close!!!) because she had a retained placenta. A temp of 104 is not something to be taken lightly. Livi was running 103.3, falling down, diarrhea, not eating. Her temp was even higher by the time she reached the vet and he told my husband (he's the one that rushed her in) that they would work their hardest to save her, but all were bad signs. I am not telling you this to scare you, even though I know it is frightening, but her temp makes me nervous.
