I am just curious if anyone else has this (i dont want to say problem... because i really dont care..... but...... more of "freaky abnormality".. jk)
Ok, so i have noticed that tobys hair grows at different speeds.... his hair on his face grows FAST and his hair near his bottom grows SLOW, whats the deal? is this normal? has anyone else noticed this?
