Bear is our wonderful 12 year old yorkie baby. We recently moved to 6 acres and are considering adopting a 7year old rescue Golden Ret. Bear has always loved other dogs - big or small. Sometimes he jumps to the back of the couch to get space if a friend's lab was around. I would never want to upset him but he may enjoy a playmate. He whines when we mention his old friends at our previous home. I am very hesitant but the husband and kids want the golden based on the information on how calm and loving she is... Any thoughts???
