Day three, and I'm a believer.
I hit really bad traffic coming home last night and Tallulah was alone in her pen for over an hour. George and I got home at the same time and I stopped for a minute to talk with him. Tallulah was quiet for a little while, then gave out a few "Hey, I'm Here!" barks. But none of the screaming or whining she usually does.
She went into her pen last night after the usual snuggle time and not a peep. When I get up at night (54 years old - need I say more?) she usually fusses to get up with me. Last night I got up and she stirred but didn't fuss at all. Best night of sleep either of us has had since last October! |
