Chuchi seems like is he craving your attention; I would try spending a LOT of time with him to help him through this adjustment. They have a lifetime to bond but you have to get started off on the right foot to achieve your goals.
Remember, your goal is a happy, blended family. I would not treat them all equally. Chuchi was there first and therefore, the KING. You should treat him as such, at least in their eyes.
He needs alone time with you and he needs time alone AWAY from the pups. He needs to know that he is still the KING in your house. Later, when he adjusts, things can be more equal.
