I would ask the vet what drug she uses for anesthesia. Isoflurane and sevoflurane are safest in toy breeds. You can also review the anesthesia sticky in this library. That's great that you can take her home. We always took ours home after they were altered and they are just very pooped after anesthesia. So she will be very sleepy.
You might want to contact Mom to Hot Rod about getting one of her Kiss E collars in case you need it for Izzy. She makes great soft collars that are very nice.
