I don't know what to say. Have you tried to gradually get them together? Show your pupy that the boxer IS part of the family. Do all of your other dogs stay inside? But not the boxer. Maybe in some weird way your baby senses that the boxer is not aloud inside for whatever reason and is NOT aloud to socialize inside the house therefore something is wrong with him.
