I don't think that is fair at all....would you do that to your child, let alone an eldery parent? That makes me so mad, that people get puppies, and don't think about the future of that pet. I do however, agree to PTS an animal if their quality of life dwindles or cannot get beter via surgery or medications. What a flake!
