I always am looking up new foods and what he may like, or what he may do good on, etc. I've been very happy thus far with Orijen and Acana and it's been almost a year (or maybe it's been a year?) since I started feeding it. I've bought a few different kibbles in between (Wellness Core and Go! Endurance come to mind) but for the most part, he's been fed Acana and Orijen. For one thing, I like seeing him enjoy his food. Orijen is by far his favorite kibble. And now he's been eating Stella & Chewy's in the mornings and I've already noticed less poop! Hooray! It's just nice to see a dog thriving on what they are eating. Oh and I've never seen him eat something fast (the S&C's).
Btw, those Himlayan Chews that don't break easily... be careful and don't drop them on a hard floor, LOL! I threw one to Jackson and it landed on the tile floor and it cracked right down the middle, haha! |
I'm always reading your responses to threads about food and a lot of what you always say was some of the influence I had to switch Sasha back to Acana. Heck I may even use Orijen in mix just because! I totally agree with you when you say we think about our dog's food more than our own. That's definitely me!

I will remember that about the Himalayan Chews to! Thanks for the heads up!
