Is it possible to put a sticky somewhere to educate people on Yt how tags are to be used? I see a lot of ignorant or abusive tags that have no value to anyone at all. Especially in the Yorkies for sale forum. Here at the bottom of this thread is a "for instance".

These tags serve no purpose whatsoever. There are several in the for sale forum like this. They are worthless to anyone looking for a yorkie. I sure wish you could put a sticky somewhere and also the repercussions for abusing the tag system. Thanks.
