There are lots of scientific studies that indicate stress reducing pheromones actually work. Whether the product you buy works is another thing. Companies learn that pheromones giving off by nursing dogs soothe dogs, and might put that type of pheromone in a product, but it may not be not in sufficient quantities to produce the result. So as anything, "buyer beware", however, at least with this type of product, you can't harm anyone. You shouldn't really be able to smell the pheromone noticeably, if you did, I would think they were using too much of another ingredient. Anyway, glad you are having luck with this product, pheromones are really interesting, and I believe they can produce a wide range of behaviors instinctively.
