That's cute, my son has a Beagle, Sammy who is the queen of hunting, too! While he was living at home (boom-a-rang child), he was able to teach my three Yorkie's to hunt right along with Sammy.

Picture three Yorkies & a Beagle all lined up in a row in a sit-stay position, he would take a toy and pass it by each of their noses and give the sit-stay command again before exiting the room (& they only stay for him).

Then off he would go into a random room in the house and hide the toy...come back to the girls (still in their places) and give the command to "hunt" and off they went until one of them would discover the toy.

I think seeing them hunting was the cutest thing...they looked like they were actually at work, like a small pack of drugsniffing dogs for the PD!
