You did the right thing. Glad you talked to the neighbor.... obviously she did not care what would of happened to the poor little puppy. It is doubtful that this baby would make it through the night. Chi's get very cold easily. tHey like to go under blankets because they become naturally cold , and shiver, shake even inside.

My brother found a yorkie pup 10 days ago running the streets downtown in very cold weather .... He gave her to me. Since then I have not been able to locate the orginal owners. She was filthy, smelly , and cold. Matted badly as well. The pup is around 5 months. I still have her. Nobody has come to claim her. It makes me angry and very sad to see these thingshappening to innocent little puppies. You are correct , this type of thing really makes me very angry.
