I agree. The one time I purchased one at PetSmart, it had elastic all the way around. It was one size fits all and that obviously isn't always true. Turns out, custom made one from YT vendors are cheaper (or some the same price) and are made to fit your dog. I never had an issue with the ones I bought, and I highly recommend them.
