most Yorkie's change color by ALOT, so if I were you I would wait. My neighbors have a Yorkie & when I brought Bee home they told me that she wouldnt be black for long, because Angel (their Yorkie) was all black with some tan & now is all "blue" & tan, but Bee is full grown & has her real color & is still almost all black & tan/gold, she has gotten lighter in the face but not much since she was 11 1/2 weeks when I got her
